Help Me Fake Gibson Guitar?

I bought a 100% percent fake Gibson for $1609. Yeah I know, stupid on my part huge. I am going to the dude tomorrow and ask him to give me my money back. I think its illegal to sell fake Gibsons, cause they are trademarked. If he don't give me my money, ill probably take court action and get my money. I know him on a personal level, cause i've been taking lessons from him going of seven months. I'll explain as much as possible but I want my money. It was gave to me as a present form my parents and grand parents. They started crying when I opened the case and saw what was inside. I did some stuff looking for guitars a couple months ago and somehow led me to fake gibsons. What should I do if I don't get my money back? Should I take him to court?What do I do? Help me. I'm so confused.

Most of it will be water weight. YOU might not notice a difference, but do other people who don't see you everyday? Or do you notice a difference in your clothes. 7 kgs isn't really noticeable anyway. Plus, your body takes it from all different places. So if your looking if it's come from your stomach - it might have not.

Im a huge basketball fan, and I watched football as a kid but am just now starting to REALLY get into it as far as following a team (Cleveland Browns) and attending games. I just want to know has any player that was supposed to participate in the Super Bowl ever been injured during the Pro Bowl? Thw Pro Bowl this year is Jan. 30, and the Super Bowl is beginning of Feb. How to handle not seeing your kid everyday?

I live 200 miles away from my son and the only way I get to see him is if I make that drive his mother never has in the 6 years that he has been alive. It makes me so depressed and angry because I love him so much and want to be there for him but she makes it so hard. I dont have contact with my father and I dont want us to be like that. I want him to look at me and say I want to be like my daddy. I have offered his mother money to bring him from wichita to KC and she always says no. Its like pulling teeth just to get him to spend the night she always plans things for when I will be in town. I dont know what to do anymore. She is a great mother but at the same time she is hurting him keepin gus apart like this.

about once a week at 4am, me and some friends have been driving around and stealing those big blue US Postal mailboxes they have on corners. afterwards, we steal any packages or birthday cars with money, then dump the box in the river(except for one, which is in my bedroom as an ornament). this started last year about a month before Christmas, we made about $3,500 in taking money from Christmas cards and have been doing it ever since. is it illegal?
