4 days late! 4 days of HPT..... All of them...........?

All the HPT I've taken have been negative. I really lost hope today when I use a First Response and it was negative. You guys I'm losing hope, but I feel pregnant. All the symptoms. My are killing me, so,so sore! You guys help me out, please? I will go see that doctor maybe Thursday, but I really would like a BFP. My period is never late and we have been trying to conceive for 8 months. I am not stressing, I am pretty excited because I really feel like my prayer has been answered. Tell me what you think with honesty!
