For the people who believe mankind can have no significant effect on the atmosphere?

How do you explain CFC's and the hole in the Ozone layer that is now closing? Or if you do accept that in this case something as simple as banning aerosol could have such a huge effect.. why can't we be adding to the speed of Global Warming?
