What should I do in Vegas for Dec 23-25?

I've already been to Vegas, about 7 years ago. I saw Magic Shows, Blue Man, the Circus Circus amusement park, Hoover Dam, Ballajio Springs, a lot of the malls (they're still a huge plus to visit again), a lot of the good hotels. Soo, what can I do that's left? I'm thinking about one day being all Grand Canyon, so I'll need something to do for 2 other days. What's the best thing to do on Christmas day? And I don't do any gambling or clubbing.
