I ordered a book on Amazon and its been 3 weeks what should I do?

If you're having problem with a particular seller on Amazon you should contact Amazon itself. It sometimes takes longer for books to come from different sellers, even if they didn't give you tracking information you should have an estimated delivery date for that shipment on your amazon account. If the seller won't refund your money or refuse to contact you back amazon will take care of it.
