Can't change DEP settings?

I'm the computer administrator but it says I'm not. Its all grayed out and I can't do anything. Some websites have said to use the bceditexe. File but I have idea where. I am currently running Windows XP :) Pls respond I really wanna play Maplestroy but this is preventing me to do so
