Well if you hate your job quit. Try to find one you enjoy. If you are having trouble with cles try to get a tutor, there are lots of tutoring sites online. I can relate to your shyness. I tend to be shy, but once I'm around people I get more comfortable - it's hard but try not to think about what others think. A lot of people want to be friends with outgoing people - try to get out of your shell, join clubs, insert yourself into social situations.
