Who was the guy that Elaine dated on Seinfeld that was kind of weird, monotone, skinny and was kind of a geek?

Jerry told her she was attracted to him because he didn't listen to her or care or denied her or something like that I don't remember.. He was pretty weird and funny in a dry humor sense. I can't find him anywhere, it's not the rabbi or David Puddy.. It's someone else.. Any ideas?
