Why were some recent home sales so exceedingly cheap?

I'm reading the list of recent escrow closings from the County Recorder's Office, and some houses for example sold for $150,000 but on Zillow it says it's worth over a million. There's a couple on this list that are like that. Are they typos, or did they go to auction somehow? I don't understand.
