Iwant to remove tan on my hands . suggest me something which i can do myself at home.?

im 19 year old female from India. my hands and feet became very dark due to heat and exposure to sun ,dust and heat. im using gloves while driving .i want some thing which i can do myself at home and get back my colour . please help me yaa. im looking dark because of that variation from my face to hands.
