Zit like lump on left thigh ?

Today I found a zit like lump on my left inner thigh. It's very hard and doesn't hurt unless I put pressure on it. It has the same shape as a zit just bigger and doesn't have a head on it. I'm a bigger kid so my legs rub and chafe and it's right about there where it is. I snowboard and I dont know if this means anything but maybe 4 days ago I did some squates. Please help. I really don't want to tell my parents about it cuz it's embarring. So if someone could help me out so I know if I def need to tell them or if it will go away. Thanks everyone.
