Help Me Fake Gibson Guitar?

I bought a 100% percent fake Gibson for $1609. Yeah I know, stupid on my part huge. I am going to the dude tomorrow and ask him to give me my money back. I think its illegal to sell fake Gibsons, cause they are trademarked. If he don't give me my money, ill probably take court action and get my money. I know him on a personal level, cause i've been taking lessons from him going of seven months. I'll explain as much as possible but I want my money. It was gave to me as a present form my parents and grand parents. They started crying when I opened the case and saw what was inside. I did some stuff looking for guitars a couple months ago and somehow led me to fake gibsons. What should I do if I don't get my money back? Should I take him to court?What do I do? Help me. I live 200 miles away from my son and the only way I get to see him is if I make that drive his mother never has in the 6 years that he has been alive. Interesting that I have been in nursing school for 1 month and I am seriously reconsidering my major. How can I be this stressed out in this short amount of time? HELP! Does anyone know how to clean heavily stained terrazzo flooring?

The flooring was laid down on a slab foundation and was then covered with carpeting. Later the carpet was removed and the flooring is heavily stained with pet stains and general grime from heavy traffic as a result of the carpet, ie, anything that was spilled on the carpet soaked into the flooring. We have tried baking soda, peroxide, every commercial cleaner that we could think of and nothing will even budge the staining especially the areas of pet stains. The entire floor is covered in a grey haze. Any help or resource would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have reappearing swollen bumps that itch, are swollen, filled with liquid and are painful. What are they?

about 2 months ago I woke up with a bite/sore on my calf. It was itchy and looked like a pimple but very swollen, hard and red. I squeezed it and liquid came out and it had a tiny hole that scabbed over and turned slightly purple. A few days later same thing just a few inches away. This has been happening every three to seven days. Some more swollen and harder then others, all scabbed over and slightly purple around the scabbed area. It's really starting to scare me. I replaced my mattress, cleaned under the bed, washed the bedding in hot water and I have a maid that comes twice a week so the house is pretty clean. I have two dogs that both are on frontline. 3 month old wont stop screaming?

My 3 month old has been screaming almost nonstop for 2 days. She doesn't have a temp, she's getting changed frequently, she's eating but only a little at a time and she will only fall asleep when she is rocked in her bouncer fast but no longer then 20 minutes at a time. (she has been sleeping through the night though) We tried the crib, jumparoo and swing but she just screams through it. We changed her clothes, swaddled, unswaddled her and she doesnt want her pacifier. I don't know what to do. She does have colic but it never effected her throughout the entire day since we had her formula changed. It doesn't appear to be gas pain but we gave her gripe water and there wasn't any difference. She has reflux and is on Prevacid and has been getting it everyday. Any ideas will help. Thanks

When should I test if I had possible late ovulation?

I have irregular cycles but as of the last couple months they average about 30 days. This month I believe I ovulated on the 20th day based on past months, that would be late in the cycle for me but I had a day of a lot of lower abodmen cramping and the next morning I went to the bathroom and had a lot of ewcm very clear and throughout the day had it off and on prior to this I had no signs of ovulation and thought I wasnt going to. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of the hunting trips on my grandfather’s property in Georgia. Since I can remember, every year right after Christmas my dad and I would drive up to my grandpa’s place in southern Georgia where we had a huge quail hunt with the rest of the men in my extended family. My grandpa had an enormous house that could comfortably hold the 30 or so relatives of mine that went on the hunt. One of the best parts of staying there was all of the wonderful food. First off, for breakfast my grandpa always made an enormous meal consisting of pancakes, eggs, bacon, and grits. After breakfast was when we headed out to the woods for the hunt. When I was younger, before I learned how to shoot, my cousin and I always rode on the very top of the hunting jeeps. This way we got the best view, as we slowly drove through the woods, listening to the dogs baying as they searched for the quail. It was exciting to hear the sudden exclamation and burst of gunfire when the birds took flight. When several hours of hunting ped, we drove to a clearing in the woods where we built a huge bonfire and proceeded to make lunch of ham sandwiches and potato chips. After a slow and leisurely lunch we once again headed back out on the jeeps to resume the hunt for several more hours until darkness fell and we were forced to return home. Once back at the house, the gruesome task of cleaning the days kill stood before us. Sometimes my cousin and I were able to slip away from this daunting task, and we explored the many rooms in the huge house. After the game was cleaned, we always fried up enough of it for supper. I remember eating the quail that we had killed just hours earlier, and I often found shotgun pellets in the meat. After supper and a long day I was usually very worn out. I fell asleep early on the sofa in front of the fire, a great ending to a great day. I will always cherish the childhood memories I made at my grandpa’s house.

I'd rather do RIP because from what I've learned that's a straight shot to a Ranger BN, but if I get sent to Ranger School, its a leadership school that's not exclusively for Rangers meaning I could very well end up in the general infantry population. My brother in law is probably a sociopath. That's the medical term for it, I think the spiritual wording is, he just doesn't have a soul or conscience. I keep seeing him get into one relationship after another knowing he is just lying his a** off to these ladies. He wrecks their credit, has kids w/ them he'll probably never support or see later on, and causes them nothing but heartache and trouble. He's also a drug and alcohol addict. The last time he brought home a woman (already preggo by the time we met her and engaged to him), about a month or two befor hand he told us he was going to find him a "sugar Mamma". She used to have perfect credit, now it's in the tank thanks to him. My hubby tried to sell them a car, and he said he'd never seen such bad credit. Should warn the women he brings home? 12 month having problems pooping?

Mine had the same exact problem. The only thing that fixed it was when the doctor reccommended something that helps, his doctor told me to put the thermometer in his bum bum like I am taking his temperature, when the temperature beeps then take it out, then do it again if needed. My lil one had so much poop come out it was unbelievable. Your lil one will feel so much better once it is all out. At first I didnt want to do it but when I did baby felt so much better. I guess doctor knew best. Also, I made a mistake by not putting anything under or around him, poop flew everywhere so make sure you do. If you want call his doctor and they will confirm the technique for you because I thought it was very odd, but what you are describing my baby had the same thing, poor lil guy was backed up. Crate Advice! Leaving puppy in kitchen with crate door off?

I have a 12 week old puppy who is very accustomed to her crate. I am still a bit weary about leaving her in there for long periods of time because she is still not on a regular poop schedule and I am worried about her being able to hold it when I am gone. I live in an apartment and have her going potty on a gr mat which she does great. If I have to leave her for more than 2 hours, and I am not sure if she needs to poop still, is it better to keep her in the kitchen blocked off with her crate in there with the door off and her potty mat in the kitchen also? Zit like lump on left thigh ?

Today I found a zit like lump on my left inner thigh. It's very hard and doesn't hurt unless I put pressure on it. It has the same shape as a zit just bigger and doesn't have a head on it. Water Changing question?

I have a 10 gallon fresh water gold fish tank. I've just recently moved about 2 weeks ago and it's about time for a 50% water change...but i'm faced with a problem. My tap water at the new house is treated and has sodium in it. I have a reverse osmosis system for drinking water but my water tank's only 5 gallons and I don't want to drain it. I'm reading the list of recent escrow closings from the County Recorder's Office, and some houses for example sold for $150,000 but on Zillow it says it's worth over a million. There's a couple on this list that are like that. Are they typos, or did they go to auction somehow? I don't understand.
